20W 88mA SHL01GG 230V 50Hz HPF eco bulb failure 24/5/2010. It would appear to have burnt out - there was a significant smell (of sodium/phosphate) before the failure.
I am under the impression this bulb should have lasted for many years - not the less than six months it was in use.
